Viva is situated on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach close to the town of  San Jose del Cabo. Restaurants and nightlife are within easy reach. Groceries are nearby and San Jose's public golf course is within walking distance.

Our 1 bedroom, ground floor suite opens up to an unobstructed view of sand and water.  It includes: 

• a fully-equipped kitchen 
• satellite TV and VCR
• CD stereo (bring your own music) 
• tennis rackets 
• a mask and snorkel set 
• shared laundry facilities 
• air conditioning 
• towels and linen

Relax on our sun-drenched deck, or take a refreshing dip in the pool, and soon you'll be feeling the magic of the Baja.

On cold rainy days back home we’ll close our eyes and pretend we’re back on the sofa at Viva looking out at the azure sea while  fish jump and the palm fronds wave in the breeze.  Adios Los Cabos!

RESERVATIONS

50% payment is required to make a reservation. 
Your reservation is confirmed when payment is received. 

Payment in full is due 14 days prior to occupancy.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed outline on condo information, along with maps, suggested activities, travel tips, etc.
